Recruitment Process

What does recruitment look like?

Step 1: application

Quick application through the form on the site. You fill out the basic details and attach your resume.

Step 2: interview with the recruiter

We call within two business days. We talk about experience, expectations, availability.

Step 3: confirm qualifications

We will verify your certificates and authorizations. Everything must be up to date.

Step 4: details and contract

We discuss specific terms: project, location, salary, accommodation (if applicable).

Step 5: start your work

You start working under the supervision of a project coordinator. You have clear tasks and on-site support.
