About the project

Project characteristics

We were invited to comprehensively build a new production hall with the implementation of a permanent NDT (non-destructive testing) quality control system. The project opened up completely new production and export opportunities for the client. It was a key investment for the development of the company

Scope of work

Implementation stages

Construction of steel and reinforced concrete structure

Foundations, columns, girders, roof. Installation of the supporting structure of the hall according to the project.

Assembly of process lines

Setting up machines, connecting systems, assembling internal transport.

Electrical installations

Switchgear, main power, emergency systems, lighting.

NDT system installation

Installation of radiographic and ultrasonic testing equipment. Calibration of equipment, trial tests.

Team training

Impart knowledge of NDT system operation, safety procedures, diagnostics.
